Obituary of Kimball Miskoe

Kimball L. Miskoe,72, of Rhinebeck, NY, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at his home after a prolonged battle with Frontotemporal Dementia. 

 

Kim was born July 17,1946 in Sydney,Australia to the late William I. and Dorothy (Fitch) Miskoe. Kim will be remembered by all who knew him well, for his kindness, his love of obscure music, his impish sense of humor and his insatiable enjoyment of  the outdoors “after spending 33 ½ years in NYC”

 

Kimball married Laura Wasserman on September 7, 1996 at Sepasco Lake, Rhinebeck, NY and Laura continues to live at the home they shared.

 

In addition to his wife, Laura, Kim is survived by his brother Bill Miskoe and Bill’s partner, Diana Westgate of Pittsfield, NH ; his nieces, Hilary F. Miskoe of Concord, NH and Lily Wasserman of NY, NY; his nephews, Matt Miskoe( and Kathy, his wife) of Concord, NH, and Thomas Wasserman of Belmont, MA; his brother-in-law, Neil Wasserman of Washington, DC; and his ex-sister-in-law Hope Kelly of Belmont, MA; in addition to extended family and friends.

 

A Celebration of Kim's life will be held at the Church of the Messiah - Parish Hall, 6436 Montgomery St., Rhinebeck on Friday, September 7th, 2018  at 3:30 pm.
