Monday, March 25, 2019Mr. and Mrs. Ransford - I'm so sorry to hear of Christopher's loss. I remember that at Scouts, Chris always had a smile on his face and was willing to step up and help with whatever the task at hand was: whether getting setup at the campsite or mentoring younger scouts. Chris was a joy to be around, and he brought much light to the world. -Tom Triebwasser

Friday, March 22, 2019Carol, Jim and family. My heart is breaking for you as I know your hearts are truly torn and aching. Chris was a great kid, and I say kid because that is how I best remember him from during the scouting years. Chris was a great role model and friend to the younger scouts, like my Jim, and kind and respectful to his adult leaders. You have a lot to be proud of as he grew into a young man. I will keep you and Chris in my prayers.

Thursday, March 21, 2019For A Dearly Loved Nephew A Nephews eyes have gone forever, his smile, his laugh, his face, where once he stood, before us, a lone picture, takes his place. Gone too soon, a fine young man, from here, your place of birth. I can’t believe, that this is real, that you no longer walk this earth. Reality is, I know it’s true, but still I can’t believe, a fine young man, with so much life, really had to leave. We loved you from your time of birth, we watched you grow and learn, my Nephew, we shall meet again, when it’s our time, to return. – Toni Kane –

Thursday, March 21, 2019What a great guy. Chris had a bright magnetic personality that just came naturally to him. I was fortunate enough to spend a semester in high school next to him for one class that we shared. He made the mood and carried a big presence. There was one specific moment I remember where a classmate was being bullied by an upperclassman out in the hall and Chris responded to the situation with absolute maturity leaving me with nothing but respect for him. My prayers go out to you and your family. God bless you all during this time.

Thursday, March 21, 2019Words can’t even be put into sentences this seems to be like a bad dream I’ll wake up and his beautiful smile will be there for all to still see , then reality sets in and it is just a terrible reality that we all will have to except this Extra ordinary person was taken far to soon but apparently god has other work for him . He was just another one of my kids an incredibly warm genuine person that made everyone that knew him love him his kind heart and willingness to always offer help made him very special. He was a big brother to my daughters that he literally watched grow up he was a boy friend to my oldest when they were in high school and then later became besties they talked just recently to make plans to meet my newest grand baby he was a big brother to my son , he touched so many ..my heart breaks for his family but they have to know how loved Chris was and is,he will live on in everyone’s heart that was lucky enough to know him and love him!
