Debra E. Mollica, 47, a lifelong Red Hook resident, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020 at the Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY.
Born on November 25, 1972, in Poughkeepsie, NY, she was the daughter of the late Thomas R. Mollica Jr. and Janet (Butler) Mollica of Red Hook. Debra leaves behind her loving fiancé, Donald Classey.
Debra worked many jobs throughout her career, in both customer service and the home health field, Always caring for others , She grew up in Red Hook , New York and was known by many in the community
In addition to her fiancé and mother, Debra is survived by her children, Susan Mazariego, and Son-in-law Vladimir Mazariego of Red Hook, Richard Pero Jr of Red Hook along with his Domestic Partner (Heather) of Catskill, Michael Pero of Red Hook along with his Domestic Partner (Stephanie) of Germantown, Faith Mollica of Red Hook ; her siblings, William (Nancy) Mollica, Sr of Red Hook , Thomas Mollica III of Red Hook, Denise Mollica of Red Hook, Timothy Mollica of Red Hook; her grandchildren, Jayden Mazariego, Amari Mazariego, Derek Pero and Ariel Pero in addition to extended family and friends. Debra is predeceased by her father Thomas Mollica Jr of Red Hook and nephew William (Billy) Mollica Jr of Red hook. She will be remembered as a strong and hard working person loved by all who knew her.
